Payment Methods

At this time, the following methods of payment are acceptable when using the Online Verification Service:

•  MasterCard Debit or Credit Card
•  Visa Debit or Credit Card

You will be charged a fee of $1 for each requested license verification.  Up to 40 records can be entered with one credit card transaction, at a cost of $1 per entry.  You will be given the option of printing the verification for your records.  A record of the transaction will be provided by your credit card company in the monthly statement you receive from them.
