Bulk data rosters can be downloaded directly from this website. This service provides online access to information for the following professions:
- Registered Nurses
- Licensed Practical Nurses
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (includes anesthetists, practitioners, midwives, and clinical specialists)

In order to use the bulk data download service, you must be a registered user of Kentucky.gov. Register before you first access the service.

Price Information |

Pricing for data includes a record price plus a processing fee. The instant access processing fee is 5%, and the subscriber processing fee is 4%. The record prices are listed below:
- $120 - Up to 5,000 records
- $360 - 5,000 to 20,000 records
- $480 - 20,000 or more records

How Does the Download Work? |

Information is provided in either a semicolon-delimited or fixed-length format for download. Instructions for converting the text to a program such as Excel are included with the download. When you access the system, you will have an opportunity to view details of the order before submitting payment.
The names and addresses supplied by KBN reflect the most current information available. However, as licensees are responsible for updating information, the accuracy of data on file cannot be guaranteed by KBN.
