Dialysis Technician Credential
In 2001, the Kentucky General Assembly passed House Bill 184 establishing authority for the Kentucky Board of Nursing to regulate dialysis technician practice, training, and credentialing. A Dialysis Technician Advisory Council was established to help facilitate the program.

Validation of Dialysis Technician Credential |

Currently, validation of a Dialysis Technician cannot be accessed via the KBN online validation system. For verbal validation, contact Richelle Livers at 502-429-3300 x 290. If you require written validation, the fee is $10 for the first verification and $1 for each additional name. Submit your request for written validation, along with a check or money order payable to the Kentucky Board of Nursing, to the attention of:
